Water – at least a gallon of clean drinking water per person.

Food – 2 to 3 days’ worth of food supply.

Snacks – crackers, chips, etc.

Personal hygiene kit – deodorant, plastic comb, antibacterial soap, hand and body lotion, hand sanitizer, toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving cream and pocket tissue.

Battery-Operated Flashlight/Lamp.

Glow Sticks – they are waterproof, weatherproof, and windproof

Firestarter Tool – You’d need a fire to cook, start a bonfire etc.

First Aid Kit – gauze pads, scissors, adhesive tapes, bandages, hot and cold pack, latex gloves and band-aids.

Battery-Operated Radio – to serve as your source of news information and important announcements and updates in your area.

Extra Clothing

Waterproof Bag – to keep your legal documents safe in case of a flood.
