Skirting a tiny house with mini split condensor

Hello everyone. I’m new to tiny houses and this forum, so I was hoping to get knowledgeable insight from the group and recommendations for how to skirt my tiny house. Because we’re located in a pretty cold climate, skirting is a must; however, underneath the gooseneck section of the house, we have a mini split condenser mounted. My question is do I need to have maximum airflow around the unit? My hunch tells me that I should leave that section open and skirt the rest of the house. Hope my question makes sense. The pic below isn’t my tiny house but is a gooseneck with with the AC mini split unit installed in a similar way.
