  • Using wood – A small wood stove heater can do the job very well. Cottages and cabins in the woods usually use a wood stove. Make sure to pick an EPA-certified unit and get one with appropriate heating coverage for your tiny house.
  • Using gas – Using gas is another option. Make sure to get one that directly vents fumes to the outside.
  • Using electric – Electric heaters are often more affordable than wood or gas heaters, but they require a source of power.
  • Using ceramic heater – Another good option is using a ceramic heater. This heater has a thermostat option that is very useful during the cold season.
